Shutter Speed Apps and our applications (TimeLapsed, Light Paint App, and Space Launches) never covertly collect any data about our users. Your privacy is paramount, and we respect your right to control your personal information.

When accessing the API of Shutter Speed Apps, it is done through HTTPS with private and public key encryption. This ensures that data transmission between the app and our servers is protected and secure.

The only information shared with the app is via a public key stored in the user's keychain, following standard Apple practices. Each user's iCloud account is assigned a unique ID, which, along with the public key, is used to automatically authorize access to the secure API. This safeguards both the end user and the security of our API and transmitted data.

Any additional details or information beyond basic authorization require the user's express consent and acknowledgment before being transmitted and stored remotely on our servers. Your privacy and consent are paramount, and we uphold the highest standards of data protection.

It is our goal to keep all users of our services safe and secure. We continuously monitor and update our security measures to ensure the protection of your data and privacy.

Our apps may utilize certain services with your express consent. These services are safeguarded by Apple's policies and are used only as specified in each app's functionality.

• TimeLapsed: Camera, Location Services (for weather data and metadata), Weather Kit, Siri & Shortcuts, and KeyChain Storage.
• Light Paint App: Camera, Siri & Shortcuts, and KeyChain Storage.
• Space Launches: Location Services (for launch pad compass) and KeyChain Storage.

TimeLapsed and Light Paint App are camera-based applications for iPhone and require camera access to function. You will be prompted to allow access when using camera features. Shutter Speed Apps will not access your camera without your consent. Camera access is strictly for you to create media with the app. We do not spy on you because that is not cool. We are not cool with that. We are cool with you using our app to create cool stuff, but not cool with spying on people. Space Launches does not use or request camera access.

Apple's policy requires that an indicator light be visible when the camera is in use. This is a built-in feature. A shutter sound is played if the camera is used to capture photos via Apple's built-in camera API. This is also a built-in feature and a protection mechanism for you. In certain modes the shutter sound will be active. The camera indicator lights are built into the system and will always be on while recording.

The camera will not record or be active unless the application is in the foreground, and that is by Apple's design for safety.

For TimeLapsed and Light Paint App only: if you choose to enable Photo Library Access, Shutter Speed Apps will not access your photos, scan them, or transmit them anywhere. Photo Library Access is strictly for you to export any media that you created with these apps. Space Launches does not use or request Photo Library access.

If you choose to enable Location Services for TimeLapsed, it may be used to retrieve weather data or store location metadata in the videos you create. If you enable Location Services for Space Launches, it is used solely for the launch pad compass feature, which helps you find the direction to launch sites.

Shutter Speed Apps, LLC or our applications and web services DO NOT TRACK YOUR LOCATION and transmit it remotely. Location is only used for your metadata and app feature purposes. Light Paint App does not use or request location services.

When using TimeLapsed with Location Services enabled, location metadata may be embedded in your created media. You are responsible for removing location data if you decide to share any media created by the app. This applies only to TimeLapsed, as Light Paint App does not use location services. Space Launches uses location services only for the compass feature and does not embed location data in any shareable content.

TimeLapsed and Light Paint App support Siri & Shortcuts integration to allow voice control and automation of camera functions. Siri processes voice commands according to Apple's privacy policies. Shutter Speed Apps does not receive or store any voice recordings. All Siri interactions are handled directly by iOS. Space Launches does not currently support Siri & Shortcuts integration.

• Create custom shortcuts for your favorite camera profiles.
• Integrate with other apps through Shortcuts automation.

Shutter Speed Apps operates on a strict user-centric approach to data collection. We do not collect any data about you without your explicit consent. We uphold ethical standards and do not engage in any form of data mining or surveillance.
